About Valuer Kariuki and Company
Established in 2019, Valuer Kariuki and Company is accredited to the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), Valuation and Estate Management (VEMS) Chapter and licensed by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB) to offer valuation services everywhere in Kenya as per the Valuers Act Cap 532 of the Laws of Kenya.
In addition, our Principal Partner, Valuer Kariuki Waweru MRICS is a Chartered Valuations Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) (UK). The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is a global professional body promoting and enforcing the highest international standards in the valuation, management and development of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.
This sets us apart because we are able to offer the highest quality service to our clients using the globally recognized International Valuation Standards. In addition, it means that now our company can conduct valuations in all the 53 commonwealth countries and all the countries in the greater East African region.
