Valuer Kariuki & Company (VK) is a Kenyan property valuation and real estate advisory firm established in 2019 by Valuer Kariuki Waweru, MRICS. Based in Westlands, Nairobi, the firm provides professional valuation and related real estate consultancy services, supported by local market knowledge and experienced leadership.

• Full Members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK) in the Valuation and Estate Agency Chapters.
• Registered Valuer – Valuers Registration Board (VRB) 
• Registered Estate Agent – Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB)
• Certified mediator
• Expert witness in Kenyan courts

Years of valuation experience: Over 17 years of valuation experience across 4 countries.
