Week 22 . 27th November – 2nd December 2017
End of initial contract period but the contractor has been allowed an extension.
New date of completion is on Dec 15 2017.
The client will continue working on the finishes this week under the guidance of the Interior designer Ms. Wamuyu. The client went shopping for bathroom fittings with the interior designer. The interior designer has also designed the wardrobes, gate and staircase to go with the theme of the house.
The client is still engaging a landscape designer for the garden and external works. He is has began sourcing for red soil and manure and has already obtained the landscape design for implementation. He is currently sourcing for the trees and flowers specified in the design. The client now awaits the contractor to clear the site to allow for the landscaping works to be done.
