Week 21 . 20th November – 25th November 2017
End of initial contract period but the contractor has been allowed an extension.
New date of completion is 4 weeks away on Dec 18 2017.
The client will continue working on the finishes this week under the guidance of the Interior designer Ms. Wamuyu. The contractor was asked by the interior designer to do sample paints on the walls for the interior designer and the client to approve. They made some changes which we hope to see the results next week. The Interior designer has already done a paint layout design ready for implementation.
The client is still engaging a landscape designer for the garden and external works. He is has began sourcing for red soil and manure and has already obtained the landscape design for implementation. He is currently sourcing for the trees and flowers specified in the design.
