Week 20 . 13th November – 18th November 2017
End of initial contract period but the contractor has been allowed an extension.
New date of completion is 5 weeks away on Dec 18 2017.
The client will continue working on the finishes this week under the guidance of the Interior designer Ms. Wamuyu. We hope to see tiles next week.
The client has also started engaging a landscape designer for the garden and external works. He is has began sourcing for red soil and manure.
