Week 23 . 4th -9th December 2017
The new completion date has been moved from 15th -around 20th December 2017. The client now says he’s not sure anymore about the actual completion date….
The client will continue working on the finishes this week under the guidance of the Interior designer Ms. Wamuyu. We hope to see the internal paints, fitted staircase, wardrobes and gate this coming week.
The client is still engaging a landscape designer for the garden and external works. He is has began sourcing for red soil and manure and has already obtained the landscape design for implementation. He is currently sourcing for the trees and flowers specified in the design. The client now awaits the contractor to clear the site to allow for the landscaping works to be done.
