Week 19 . 06th November – 11th November 2017
1 week to initial end of contract period but the contractor has requested for an extension.
New date of completion is 6 weeks away on Dec 18 2017.
The client will continue working on the finishes this week under the guidance of the Interior designer Ms. Wamuyu .
The client has also started engaging a landscape designer for the garden and external works. He is has began sourcing for red soil and manure.
