A friend mentioned about the investment potential of Lake Elementaita. I have been there on holiday with my family twice. It’s a beautiful and affordable place. Not too far from Nairobi (120km) yet more affordable than Naivasha. Actually, I managed to stay in a room fronting a lake without breaking the bank.
I will share as much information as I can over time and possibly we can drive down together someday and become owners of water front properties.
